About Me:

I am a wife, a mom, an educator, a coach, and a daughter of God — a woman of faith who believes He never wastes pain.

I’ve walked through soil that felt barren, waves that threatened to drown me, and seasons of cocooning that looked like stillness but were really preparation. Through it all, God was shaping me, teaching me to root deeper, ride storms with resilience, and trust the transformation process.

As a wife and mom, my family is my first ministry. Raising my daughter, Lanni, is where my coaching begins — creating a home rooted in peace, truth, and connection. As an educator, I’ve seen firsthand how children thrive when adults choose love over control. And as a coach, I now help families, leaders, and women in transition do the same: align mind, body, and soul so they can break cycles, build resilience, and leave a legacy of love.

I stand in my purpose as a woman of faith, walking hand in hand with God, helping others rise into who He created them to be.

The Trilogy of Growth

Life has taught me that growth doesn’t happen in one straight line — it happens in seasons, in rhythms, in transformations.

Through my own story of North Dakota roots, ocean waves, and sidewalk caterpillars, I’ve come to see three universal truths:

  • Every legacy starts in the soil.

  • Every soul must learn to ride the waves.

  • And every transformation requires the courage of the caterpillar.

That’s why I created The Trilogy of Growth — a coaching journey that integrates all three of my signature methods: The Soil Method, The Waves Method, and The Caterpillar Method.

🌿 The Soil Method

I grew up with North Dakota farmland roots. Watching the cycles of soil, seed, and harvest taught me that even the hardest ground can grow something beautiful.

But my life taught me this too: marriage struggles, grief, and generational cycles once left me feeling barren, cracked, and hopeless. Yet in that broken ground, unseen seeds were planted — resilience, awareness, compassion. God was tilling the soil of my life, preparing me to grow into my purpose.

The Soil Method was born from this truth. It’s a coaching journey for parents, families, and leaders who feel stuck in old patterns but long to create a safe, conscious, lasting legacy.

The ocean has always been my teacher. On the surface, I learned the thrill of riding waves with the wind. Kitesurfing showed me to find flow between power and surrender. Beneath the surface, freediving and spearfishing taught me to trust my breath, lean into silence, and find strength in the depths.

The Wave Method was born from these lessons. A coaching journey for anyone navigating storms, grief, or transitions. It’s about learning to move with life’s rhythm instead of against it, to rise after the crash, and to return home stronger than before.
